For the past year and a half, I have worked three jobs, sold anything I don’t absolutely need, and even picked up stuff from neighbors to sell on Facebook Marketplace. I have even spent a whole night in a work area watching a fire pile for a hundred dollars because I live in a rural location. The work I’m doing is bringing in money and a major bulk of my debt is paid off but it seems like several of my friends and individuals on here are just satisfied in having debt and being broke.
Is it foolish of me to exhaust myself in this way?
For long-term benefits, it is worthwhile to put in a lot of effort and make brief sacrifices.
It will bite you in the long run if you just accept it. If you can manage it, get rid of it. and alter the circumstances that led you to this place.
Completely worthwhile. Where I can, I’m also earning extra money.
I assure you, it is worthwhile. My spouse and I were there, and yes, it was awful for a very long time. However, right now? It’s a blessing that you no longer have to worry about unpaid payments or a mortgage. It’s acceptable to be unique! Pay off your debts so you can resume your enjoyment of life!
You’ll know you’re on the right track by attempting to pay off your debt so you may live in peace if you tune in to The Dave Ramsey Show. However, take care not to exhaust yourself and make sure you occasionally savor the rewards of your hard work without going overboard!
Not a single fool. In my view, making sacrifices to pay off debt makes you experience the agony and makes you less likely to find yourself in that situation again than if you just wait for it to be paid off eventually. It also teaches you how to survive on less.
The path you are on is correct. Continue. Later on, when all of your friends and relatives are still broke and in debt, you’ll be so glad you did. Being in this situation demonstrates to us the importance of living simply and with less material possessions. How much longer till you’re debt-free?

Section 7. Consult a lawyer. In two years, the majority of people are able to rehabilitate their credit. Avoid adding more stress to yourself. The wealthy don’t act in that way.
And when they do possess property? Do the judges not simply order them to sell the property in order to settle the debts?
